The tranquil environment provided the much-needed relaxation I sought. The spa facilities were a highlight, granting access to the soothing sauna and indoor pool at the Sportcenter Heubach. The fitness classes added a rejuvenating touch to my stay, complementing the serene surroundings perfectly. Despite a slight hiccup locating the reception for key collection, the cozy accommodation and quick resolution of issues, like the lack of hot water, impressed me. The friendly receptionist's prompt assistance was particularly noteworthy. The blend of leisure facilities, from a summer terrace to massage services, catered to various preferences, ensuring a holistic wellness experience.
